Chose promise is a promise: a small opinion on this board.
I bought a pair of turntables around October 2003. T have bought in Germany, because the same era in France, we could have that SYNQ XTRM1 a price lev. The pair cost me just over 700.
Most:

trs of good quality matrial
a torque of nuts
a copy of the motor stability
the possibility of making pout 10/20/50% pitch
Lumire the form of LED (less likely to Cramer)
the plateau is not very heavy box: for the determination of braking, I prfre a smooth surface roughness of the stroboscope

The -:

Technics is not a ...

Before using these little critters I had JB Systems High Q 30D, turntables middle / low end that allowed me to learn. I had these dernires for 2 years. I had the opportunity to mix on Gemini XL-500 MODELS and the like, on Gemini PDT-6000, sr, well, occasionally, on Technics MK II.
I do not often mix trs on the Technics, but I found these two MODELS (Technics and Citronic) consistency in the speed that makes the mix trs enjoyable. Compared with PDT-6000 (which are good decks, careful amalgam Gemini = shit), I find that Citronic are more stable (at speed).
Above all, the o they are exceptional, the couple. One has the impression that arpond finger and the eye. As I mark the scratch, I find great strength in this enjoyable set. No surprise, when we loose the vinyl is the right speed!
My exprience of these decks:
They are in APRS flights from 3 months of purchase. I mix Drum'n Bass mainly but they have the legs of mixes Hardcore, Hardtek, Breakcore, Abstract Hip-Hop, Techno, House and more. At any one can add a scratch sessions (currently it's like 1 or 2 hours per week).
They have t balad everywhere: notament of accessories and accessories in the collection's outdoor space filthy closed. They suffered smoke, pink, condensation, fat (fried, BBQ).
I happened to drop the cell trs high above the disk, causing it rebounds from the cell that are grinning. In the same genre, the unit of land on the strobe :-(. Rsultat: cells of origin (Stanton 505) are still the work and honorably.
At the time of purchase, I looked in the trs prs Stanton ST-150. D'APRS vendor, they do not see anything. D'APRS me, it's the same with management numrique sound, a face and a little diffrent 8% instead of 10%. When you see the price of Stanton, calme.Quand has seen the price of Citronic, we say that There's a scam.
The thing that I Turlupin: "I do not take the Technics, what idiot!"
Well now I do not regret it at all. For me, Technics are not the same qualitprix report. The Technics decks are good, but they are not worth their price at all new.
If c'tait again, I Rasht these decks.
PS: I want prciser the Citronic PD-45 are clones of SYNQ XTRM1, American Audio HTD 4.5 or the BST PR 4.5K and have a relationship with Stanton STR8-150 and ST- 150.
