The reputation of this plate is well established.
I mix on since 1995 Mk2 and I do that would change for the new model as the TECHNICS SL 1210 MK5G (Mk3 except pitch switchable +16 / -16, speed adjustment of the brake, and antiskating up to 6g)
the Mk2 have small defects in particular the pitch is not very stable from 0 to allentours and extremitées but there is no better turntable on a shelf dedicated to the mix, the arm S is impressive precision and eryrthema must do to get to nag him given the "games".
This is the basic side and old-school in this one which makes its atoux and also his life that if you take a minimum of care may be indestructible casi-
