« Very good little sound card »
Published on 01/27/11 at 01:05I chose this card to replace the previous version I had, the Muse Pocket LT that was incompatible with Windows 7.
This card is still good, its clean, 3 stereo outputs, and the possibility of using it to mix with Traktor and Virtual DJ software with the driver Asio4All
I use it with Traktor Pro 1.2.4, and a console for Vestax VCI-100 control software.
My notebook: MSI-CX-620, Intel Core i3 M330 (2.13 GHz), 4GB of DDR3.
UTILIZATION
The driver of the card is stable, used with Traktor Pro 1.2.4. I can play 2 tracks simultaneously (1 + 1 master output PFL).
Latency of 11.5 ms
GETTING STARTED
Easy installation, easy configuration with the software supplied with the card. I have not encountered any incompatibility or needed manual.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 2 weeks.
I had a Maya 44 USB I was struggling to configure and install, incompatible systems and outdated) and I separate myself even if the sound quality is much better (to mix live).
No complaint to make this little sound card handy.
The value for money is very good, easy to use and install, sound quality commensurate with its price.
With experience, I've redone this choice purchasing this model "LT3" new version after my previous "LT", and I would do it again to have a sound card with 2 outputs available, small, cheap and easy to install and use.
