If you liked Metal Machine EZX and want to use its drum kits in Superior Drummer 2, here’s Metal Machinery SDX.
Toontrack Metal Machinery SDX uses the original recordings of the three Tama Starclassic Bubinga and Ludwog Stainless Steel drum kits as well as the snare and cymbal collection used for the Metal Machine EZX expansion pack, for use this time in Superior Drummer 2. The difference between the two packs is that the SDX features the raw and unprocessed sounds and microphone options have been expanded.
You’ll also find a larger number of presets, six in total, with samples created and mixed by Andy Sneap.
Metal Machinery SDX is available for 159€, it also includes the MIDI fills and grooves played by Nick Barker, also available separately for 25€ (Metal Machinery MIDI with 12 songs organized into 8-bar parts each).
