BitRate II & Monoboy features two instruments:
BitRate II combines various digital synthesis methods to produce percussive sounds, with sound engines that cover a wide range, including chipsounds, FM, Lo-Fi sampling or glitchy circuit bending. The synthetic drums can be triggered via MIDI or the internal sequencer, the latter offers two modulation sequences per drum, which can be routed to virtually any sound parameter combinations.
BitRate II also includes a 5-track mixer and a master effect section with analog modeled EQ, bus compressor and speaker simulation.
MonoBoy is the melodic counterpart, it uses similar sound engines and includes three sound generation modes (DM Sampler, Arpeggiator and Voice Controls), two modulation sequences and a master effect section with an innovative Bit Delay.
The bundle also includes 140 preset snapshots. It requires the full version of Reaktor 5.9 and later. You can purchase it now for the introductory price of $29 instead of $49 at www.heavyocity.com.
