Excellent
The installation, no worries. One inconsistency with VST to RTAS Fxpansion. So for now unusable on Protools. RTAS version should probably get out of here a few months.
The config is generally good, although graphically it's not excellent. But this is not what is asked!
The manual is clear. Overall the software is very easy to access.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
I use Synful PC: Core2Duo 1.68 GHZ, 2Gig Ram and also on Mac OSX: Powerbook G4 1gig of Ram.
Everything works fine. However the app is greedy when using the sets of instruments, style 16 first violins. Because they are calculated one by one and in real time. Can not have under my powerbook 16 first violins, 12 second violins, 10 violas, 8 cellos & 6 double basses. Under the pc no problem. Otherwise the sound is great and the next version should be even better because the team has revised the engine of the software. With more Altiverb is extra. It is imperative to use MIDI controllers to make it expressive, but after the result is. I use a lot of my work in composition, we have even heard of Thalassa!
The app is stable.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it since its release. And bought on.
What I like most is that of modeling, not the sample. The sound quality will improve with new versions to come. But it's extra. Ease of use is exemplary.
