The Olympus Micro Choir v2 update brings a new GUI with new controls for the sample layers that allow for blending vowels and poly-sustains on the fly, stack two layers and crossfade between them, customize their key range, etc. You’ll also find attack, release, swell, volume controls and more.
Soundiron also improved in the version 2 the legato system with a smoother glide and a different voicings for each divisi section, a phrase-synchronous legato for the poly-sustains and a smoothed legato for the vowel sustains. You will be able to control the speed, bend intensity, a three-band equalizer with mid sweep or the convolution reverb with its 10 special FX type impulses and 10 classic acoustic spaces.
The Olympus Micro Choir 2 library features 140 samples and 24 Kontakt presets (12 for Kontakt 4 and 12 for Kontakt 5). It retails for $19.99. You can listen to audio demos on www.soundiron.com.
