Voices of Rage is designed for death metal, hardcore and power metal producers working with Kontakt 5.1 and later. The 5.46GB library features 46 .nki presets and 18 128 samples with vocal performances, words and phrases in 24-bit / 48kHz.
Soundiron recorded four metal vocalists (Evan “Severed” Seidlitz, Jason Kocol, Aaron Boynton and a woman, Alecia “Mixi” Demner), each with his/her own style and technique for more variety.
Recordings were performed in studio with two microphones, a Shure SM58 dynamic model and a Neuman TLM 103 large diaphragm condenser mic. They can be mixed and individually bypassed in Kontakt.
Soundiron also included in Kontakt the Wordmaster interface with 100 words to build your phrases, each world being available with two Death and Scream variations that can be mixed, paned and switched between Sustain and Staccato (2 round robins) modes.
You’ll also find a collection tempo-syncable phrases, a step sequencer, an effect rack with compression, EQ, amp/speaker simulations, convolution reverb with 25 custom IRs and multi-effects. Humanization settings are also available.
Last, Voices of Rage includes a selection of ambiences, drones, atmospheres and special effects.
Voices of Rage is available for the special price of $89 instead of $139 until May 1st. You can listen to audio demos at soundiron.com/products/voices-of-rage.
