Published on 08/31/10 at 07:47I use this pair of microphones for almost 3 years. (Note that my suitcase did not contain two microphones hands, as in the photo, but a handheld microphone and a headset microphone).
I used a lot of wired microphone or HF before and since I own this microphone (being a singer, each room has about its own configuration). Everyone agrees that SHURE remains the reference, and I had never heard of this microphone before trying it.
But I do not regret at all!
What I like most is first hand the microphone! To me, it really is perfect! I can not hear the difference with my SM58 (has a wired and wireless). I love not having to stalls (already seen, even with brand microphones!) And a good battery endurance.
Finally, I appreciate being able to recover the sound from each microphone to two distinct voices.
What I like least is the sound of the headset microphone (not very suitable for the lead vocals, but perhaps better for a choir, drums, for example, where the musician needs his hands !).
Even using the microphone in general hand, the value is correct (bought used for me). It is cheaper than Shure system for quality relatively soon.
To use that I made (singing in musicals, so in a mix that includes an orchestra and other singers) this microphone has fully achieved its task.
