What characteristics have motivated your choice? keyboard pads and knobs!
What connector (MIDI pedals ...)? plugged into USB on the computer that's all.
UTILIZATION
The touch keyboard is it nice?
yes it is awesome! Slightly heavier than my Yamaha synth, I love it!
Utilisation?
Perfect, but maybe a little too much
The general configuration is simple?
Personally with fruity loops there is no simpler, we do right click - to assign controller - hit the key which corresponds on the akai and it works.
The selection of MIDI channels, patches is easy?
hummm.
The manual is clear and sufficient?
it has not served me and it is annoying

What is your opinion about the value for the price? Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? Maybe a little expensive for a simple controller, but well it is the only good one at this price/quality range so yes I would do it again..
