Published on 05/14/13 at 03:10I use this speaker for a little over a year with an ENGL Invader head.
I have not tested other models before, I was just looking for a not very expensive cabinet.
Overall the finish is not bad and the idea of the switch 4 ohm, 2 x 8ohm and 16ohm is not bad at all but this cabinet suffers from a surplus of bass given the baffle on side "deaf" so we have a nice lack of clarity and an amp as ENGL Invader who just quite low it not mix!
To fix that you need a EQ and yet it does not necessarily miracles.
I also find that the sound is a bit messy with the baffle and I research that even a minimum accuracy I was disappointed with some guitars microphones not super accurate (SH4 and SH2 SD) on the other hand with my guitar with pickups more accurate I could make a little but not the masses.
Still, the price / quality ratio is not bad! It's still a nice cabinet to troubleshoot but one that starts to look THE sound it will not at all the case.
