Good morning, I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I've been experiencing with my recently purchased M-AUDIO Oxygen PRO Mini. To provide some context, I've encountered a problem with the sustain function, specifically with the "B" notes in the last two octaves, they come through as a just weak hammer note when I keep my finger down on the key, instead sustaining as it should. Despite my attempts to resolve the problem, including rebooting the MIDI and ensuring the correct installation of the latest firmware, the sustain issue persists across all my DAWs, namely GarageBand, Logic PRO X, and MainStage. I would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this matter.
