Given the nature of multimedia speakers, hard to do a real test on AudioFanzine. Nevertheless, for a long time for using a small pair of Studiophile DX4 with my computer at work, I was curious to see what looked small last M-Audio.

SOUNDS

How to say? This is the day and night from one model to another. At all levels elsewhere: they are cheaper at first, but it is mostly his side there is a big difference. Where DX4 are collected on the medium, the AV40 deploy amazing bass and treble for speaker multimedia at this price ... Obviously, it would be relatively useless to make them pregnant mixing because the bottom is far, far away to be precise, which is not surprising given the size of boomers (4 "). Still, the difference is such a model to another one wonders from what we can find such qualities in Studiophile DX4.

OVERALL OPINION

In short, if you want a small pair of speakers for general use (listen mp3, watch DVDs, etc.). I'm pretty sure you will not regret your purchase with the AV40 worth of products without any problems much more expensive among other Logitech and Altec Lansing that we refile with a traditional computer. Great surprise!
