Alesis MultiMix Firewire 16 Channel (Firewire output issue)

Hello all,

I have had this board for about 3 years now. Worked great until about a week ago. The clip (red line) light on the main channel stays on all the time. The board lets audio out, only in the right side though. When I plug an instrument directly into the board, the sound comes out of both sides. I thought it was the firewire cable, apparently it is not, I have tried 3 different firewire cables now. The board does record fine into the computer, into Logic, on my iMac. I believe there is something wrong with a piece of output hardware inside the board, possible a bad solder somewhere. I don’t want to open the board up and mess everything up until I get some sort of input. I for sure know that my computer is not the problem, defiantly a hardware issue.
