UTILIZATION
The edition is difficult, you have to go into endless sub-menus, but There's shortcuts and the possibility to configure the knobs, which is not ngligeable ...
SOUNDS
The sounds are not ralistes (fortunately, it's a synth), but offer a wide range, not ngligeable.
I use almost no effects, I go through a multi purpose, even if they dpannent. Everything seems good dynamic expression level, ARAG quickly and well. The trs are are good, but unlike the microKORG IMHO, the presets are REALLY bad. When the fate of the paper we say that a toy sounds and can do anything funny. APRS, save and edit sounds y'aquelques, and then bte s'avre trs powerful and capable of moults things. And then the sound engine is the same as the Ion, so the "sound engine" is broadly comparable to the access number or keyboard. Despite its price, it dlivre the big big sound, no doubt the top! Many characters too!
OVERALL OPINION
I possde since 2006, I wanted to complter a first synth to build capacity, and have a polyphony synth modeling more powerful than the MK.
I like the capacity of Creations, processing, variations in those sounds and pipelines which in fact-as some have said in the forum a semi-modular (sduisant concept). I like the least laborious edition.
It offers excellent sound engine can rev right things in the bass sounds, leads, pads and fx. As mentioned above, it is compared (in its sound architecture, at least) on keyboards and other access, except that it is priced much more aggressively, it is less flexible and autonomous than others, its polyphony is very s limited compared to its competitors (I do not care that ten fingers, two leaves ca me to turn the knobs) and clearly, there's been doing SAVINGS logic level knobs, buttons, etc ... In short, it is not as other possibilities, but in his hard-sound capabilities, it dfend more than well and there are many who point out its strengths. But it is a compact synth. For pure sound aspect, it is broadly comparable to the much more expensive synths than him! But since everything is compared to the price and not to the ear ...
Now, about that choice again, as a j'hsiterais except one or two prcis MODELS (Virus TI for its capabilities, not specifically developed to sound) I do more towards m'orenterais modeling, but directly to the analog. Above all, I have a buzz on my micron that even if it is not so "terrible as a" can become a cum obsesionnel and repeated in the air, for example.
