Moog Minimoog Voyager Old School just the name "Minimoog" and already a legend ...
Such a replica of the famous Minimoog Model D but with more opportunity.
Also larger, and has the engine of the Voyager analog memories but, no MIDI and no digital controls.
Delivery in a box that is resistant to all races.
The wooden sides and big buttons give the machine a very good strength.
The Minimoog to a keyboard of 44 keys with velocity, pitch bend and afterpressure.
There is only one analog monophonic synthesizer, so rather like solo or looking for effects and complex modulations by adding other modules. Provided many connections it can also be a very good basis for control is modular.
The three oscillators are very stable, nothing to do with the old model.
A noise generator, two Moog filters + one stereo VCA, a good ability to allow patching modulation worthy of a mini modular. 10/10

- Three VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillators) with waveform continuous variables and ultra stable.

- RELEASE determines the release time constant envelopes.
- AMOUNT TO FILTER determines the opening rate of the filter.
LFO Module
- The LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) generates a triangular waveform, square, Sample & Hold, and smoothed Sample & Hold
- RATE adjusts the LFO rate of 0.2 Hz to 50 Hz
UTILIZATION
The general configuration is simple but you need to know can an analog synthesis.
For editing sounds and effects you can really spend time.

The sounds are really incredibly realistic, bold and lively, it is pure Moog ...10/10
OVERALL OPINION
The control panel of the Minimoog ® Voyager ® OS can be tilted and
the integrated power supply accepts any voltage from 110 to 240 volts.
The price of the Minimoog Old School in this release and $ 2695.00!

I add that in April 2010 Moog Minimoog Voyager Old School is no longer in production, the series is limited to only 500 copies (+ 250 copies. Produced after 2010) is so rare!
