Dear Fellow Audiofanziners!

Summer NAMM 2012 is just around the corner and I thought I would share with you some facts and rumors I found around the net.  So let’s start with the facts.  The show is to take place in Nashville, July 12 – 14.  For those who are not trade, the show will open its doors to the public on Saturday, July 14th.  Cost is $15.  Read more about Public Day Activities here

Now for some gear facts.  Officially released gear news so far has been sparse, just:

Saving the best for last are the unofficial rumors circulating around the web:

  • E-MU is rumored to release a sampling keyboard with sequencer called the SKey-1200.
  • Dave Smith is rumored to have a new synth out, but really this seems like a long shot.
  • Moog has released a new analog delay MF-104M, perhaps some more foogers are in store?
  • Waldorf Pulse 2: a long shot to be ready for Summer NAMM, more likely by the end of July 2012.
  • Kurzweil PC3 OS update

OK that’s it for now.  If you heard any rumors, please let us know!
