Need help on bying an audio interface

Hi, Im looking to buy an audio interface. The main feature that I'd like to have is to be able to record guitar or vocals on a song that already has roughly 10-100 midi tracks with third party vsts, without cracks and pops and with a good latency. Could something like universal audio arrow be able to make this happen or an apollo? or are there some better alternatives?
