Can you Please recommend a sound card with good built-in mic preamp? what about those from sound blaster?

In my site at URL http://www.eal.gryou can find an article about this item, and one proposed construction of a balanced microphone adapter to the LINE INPUT of the sound card, because her microphone input can accept only the cheap electret condenser type microphones for P.C.
