Topic sound card and mixer connections
hello everyone , i have a tricky question for ya. i have a creative xfi extreme music card, behringer external mixer, creative external usb 5.1 live unit. i was wondering if i could get some input on the follwing connections. i want to use the xfi as an output to the mixer input, where i have a shure mic plugged in then from the mixer output to the 5.1 . reason? i'm bored, the xfi card works great but the mixer seems to generate noise was hoping the 5.1 would clean it up a bit. what proplems do you see for this, will there be a software conflict, will it evan work?
