Thread Sound Card For Recording

hi all i intend the buy a good sound card. I need it to record sound haha but after recording it will be recorded as .wave file.

i am recording a person talking but the background is very noisy is there anyway that i can lower the background sound so that i can hear what the guy is talking??? is there any sound card which have this feature?? or software???

Of course you can treat the signals you record "extract" voices. I suggest you take a look at this post:

you will find some references for softwares that do the job.

Try to set up an EQ on your track, it may help, or take a more dedicated filter.
