Hey, my first post, was hoping you guys could help me choose a new sound card. Here are my requirements/setup:

I have:
Dell, 3 ghz Pentium 4, half a GB of ram, 120 GB hard drive.
Ibanez RG1527
Sennheiser e865 (don't have it yet but will get it eventually I hope)

I want/need:
Low latency (ASIO 2.0 or some such)
Inputs for my mic and guitar.
Good sound quality (obviously)
48V phantom power (if possible)

Price limit is about $250, maybe 300 at a stretch, any ideas?
