Xenyx 1002 right output problem

Topic Xenyx 1002 right output problem
Hello guys,

My Xenyx 1002 doesn't output the right channel in the main out channel (The 2nd output works fine). I have to turn up the master fader to +10db to make it work for a while, but there's distortion in the sound.
I've change input channels and cables but nothing worked.
