When I activate Channel arm in Reaper I am getting a Phantom signal. Anyone
with this experience?

Sorry if this is a silly question but, what exactly do you mean by Phantom signal? Are you saying that nothing you've recorded plays? The meters don't move?

If that's the case, take a look at this link. Sounds like the issue is more software related than hardware.
