Modulas can replace your analogue channel strips and mixing controls, can be combined to them in a hybrid analogue and digital mixing console, or can be used alone in a fully digital mixing system. Music Computing offers three main multitouch screens (32", 42" and 22"), an “aux” 10" touch screen, a track pad, hardware transport control with motorized fader and pan knob, as well as a QWERTY keyboard with a trackball module. All these modules are available in a desktop rack format so they can fit in your console.
The 32", 42" and 22" touch screens support a 1920 × 1080 graphic resolution, while the 10" resolution is 800 × 600.
The largest modules can replace your traditional channel strips, the 22" portrait module can, for instance, display effects or your DAW interface. The 10" screen will be used for auxiliary controls and plug-in display…
Modulas is compatible with Windows 7 / 8 and Mac OS X 10.6 and later. Each module requires a VGA or DVI port and two USB 2.0 ports to connect to the computer.
