Best value: Correct
I reu there a week and I'm delighted. Very good product.
I test a Roland RD-700GX in stores. Good touch, but the sounds are not very convincing.
I cost several demos of the SV-1, Nord Electro 3, V-Piano, CP-1 and flner on some forums.
Although all these products seem very good keyboards, the SV-1 contains a lot of good points.

Most
+ Facilit of access, one is quickly in harmony with the instrument, as would an acoustic instrument.
+ The touch that renders very well the intricacies of the game.
+ Piano sounds are absolutely phnomnaux! Sound of hammers, the pedal and subtle harmonics !!
+ The electric pianos are also excellent. The lamp pr-amplification provides excellent realism. And (I did not test the possibility to master of the wah-wah effect with a pedal.
+ The violin sound including both web and solo according to vlocit.
+ The editor allows to go further.
+ The organs are russis but not worth a Nord Electro 3 all the same.

Least
- Mono-timbral (although some sounds are in layer). Unable to play another sound by squencer while you play. (This is a Stage Piano purist too:-))
- Non splittable (it would be multi-timbral)
- Only 44 Possible Program Changes (6 x 6 Variations Groups Favorites + 8). Limit as keypad.
- Can not change the basic samples. (I upgraded the OS, so why not?).

Amliorable
The current OS does not allow for "locker" the rglages and as some I touch a favorite buttons for my game.

QualitPrix report:
Just okay (compared align competition). Technically, it is only mono-timbral.

With experience, you do again-this choice?
Yes. Hsiter without taking account of the game fun as the SV-1 provides.
