UTILIZATION
I will not repeat what has been said for over 20 years, but recently having a Motif ES Rack, and although I find the DX7 easier to program!!
SOUNDS
Everyone knows at least one of the DX7 ?????????
Mine will soon be 25 years and I still program it with a small chorus and a nice reverb behind, I can assure you that the DX7 is capable of delivering great sound!
This keyboard is expressive enough to live music, it fits beautifully in a mix.
In terms of sound, it provides the bass sounds, electric pianos, of course, we can get out of the water fun, the superb percussion (ah the famous bells !!!!), the synth sounds interessant and widely usable.
OVERALL OPINION
Too long and error, we confronted the DX7 with analog synthesizers, yet they complement each other wonderfully in their fields!
25 years spent with him soon, he saw other synths arrived, I never found him "has been", it is always essential.
