Excellent
After spending two years on Mixvibes and having been fed various bugs, rumbles or another I decided to go under Traktor.
I mainly DnB mix, Footwork & UKG, while scratching regularly, I turn with 2 PDX 2300, PMC 05 PRO 1 04 BLACK and Macbook Black 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB DDR2 SDRAM under 10.6.8.
GETTING STARTED
The installation is done quickly and age problem.
The general configuration is easy and well explained as the manual.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
Setup my computer to see the features.
The software runs correctly on the config is rather stable until the latest day extremely heavy and require a lot of resources and an obligation to pass on Lion or MountainLion ...!
There is still quite sensitive to rumbles, avoid timecode vinyl on big stages, choose the timecode cds
OVERALL OPINION
Almost 3 years that I use, what I like the most rapid implementation, its fluid and pleasant interface, performance, use with timecode cd is perfect.
What I like least is that NI forces its customers to under recent OS, I also add that the latest updates are very heavy and requires a mac or pc powerful enough, it is also sensitive to rumble.
Before I used to buy Mixvibes Cross I abandoned many of the bugs, I tested several times Serato but nothing happens I do not like the interface!
The value for money is good, with the experience I remake this choice, but with a newer mac.
