Hi,
We run a sound/ song creation studio and we're looking to upgrade our equipment. Right now we have Nuendo 3 with a great deal of HD space and 2 Gigs of RAM. We also have a server running or pro samples. It seems to work pretty well, but we're thinking that as we expand we may need to purchase a faster computer.
I was told that even if we have 4 processors, unless the program is designed to handle it, it won't matter (Even posted it in my article here: (http://theemeez.com/articles.aspx).
So for example, will Nuendo 3 use all 4 cores of a quad processor? This would be great information to have as I can't seem to get one perfect answer.
