« Taylor 310 »
Published on 08/05/01 at 15:00I bought this on eBay used (the purchaser lost interest and barely used it) for approx. 800 USD. I decided to buy another guitar (the other acoustic I have is 20 yrs. old) and wanted one that was very high quality. I had never heard anything bad about Taylors and it sounded exactly like what I wanted.
It's tone and clarity is beyond compare. I have never played a better sounding guitar in my life, except for higher end Taylors. The neck is perfect, and you find it very easy to move your fingers along the strings and fingerboard. It really is a work of art! The wood is in great shape, and everything about it just resonates perfection.
The only thing that I regret is that I didn't buy the 310ce.
When you look at one (either from afar or closeup), you will not notice any flaws. It is incredibly sturdy and still has amazing feel. This guitar was built with perfection on its mind, and it shows it in every aspect. It also has the jointed neck, so it will stand up to extreme pressure. You have to see it and play it to believe it.
If you're looking for a great guitar that's easy to play and has the best tone I've ever heard, then buy a Taylor.
