UTILIZATION

Perfect balance of the instrument sitting or standing
handle very nice, a real highway, you can play for hours without tiring!
access to acute nickel with the violin
once apprehended electronic (fast), we obtain all the style for any style of music, very versatile bass.
Species and wood quality, varnishes, lutherie work, and electronics make this bass a "Stradivarius" of our favorite instrument.

SOUNDS

I played bass for 20 years.
I love jazz rock Jaco, Marcus, Richard Bona, Etienne M'Bappé (which all of DB5 2), Michel Alibo, bassists to Magma, Gong ...
This bass suits any style of Musik, the settings are high that you either active, passive, single or double coil, bridge pickup or neck.
I play on an amp AER (one amp) coupled with an active speaker ASQ8/200 the same brand, which faithfully recreate the sound of the bass.
I prefer the active mode, humbucker-balance to the game at noon fingers (harmonics and muffled notes stand out beautifully), and single coil for the slap.
The preamp allows you to add bass and treble, really very effective.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for more than a year.
This is my only bass.
I played before on Aria SB Fender JB (signature geddy lee) and German bass series.
I've tested various models (warwick, ibanez, ...).
I also had the opportunity to test different models manufactured by Sebastien (shelby, sirius), all very good.
Sebastien is itself bassist (also very good), he is passionate about his work, available, friendly, gives very good advice.
This gives a very high quality instrument, sensitive, intuitive, very "feline" (I compare my bass to a white tigress ... much to the chagrin of my girlfriend!)
Since I have, it has revolutionized my game and makes me want to play again and again ...
I therefore advise all bass players meet to try and bass made by this luthier talent.
I remake that choice without hesitation!
Lower of a lifetime!
