« Fender Deluxe P - Bass Special »
Published on 06/02/03 at 15:00Got it at Guitar Center for $500. I love the p-bass sound, and the jazz bass sound/feel.
What I love about this bass, is that it's got a p-bass body, with a jazz bass neck. So even though it looks as if you're playin a p-bass, it feels like a jazz bass. You can also get pure p-bass tone, AND a pure, clean jazz bass tone. And I love how you can merge the two bass sounds together.
It's all good.
Fender was building quality guitars and basses 40 years ago, and still are today.
When I first decided to get a bass, I couldn't decide between a p-bass, and a jazz bass. Then when I played this bass, I knew what I wanted. If you're in the same position as I was, or even if you want an all around GREAT bass, buy this one, it's definately worth it.
