« low of 77 in 1976 or who followed me so far »
Published on 07/27/13 at 08:07bass made in USA
short scale 19 squares on a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard
micro precision type "smaller" with a passive-electronic volume and tone
alder body that I'm not sure.
mechanical eras.
thumb rest on top of the strings
damper at the bridge that allows the strings to press a strip of foam with an adjustable pressure screws.
The thumb rest and the damper is in the case as painful for the first time and another for the second (the string action was too high with the damper and I have not tried to change )
UTILIZATION
It is a low 3/4 which is well in hand with the weight of an instrument of those years.
It is easy to use
I use it as a group.
SOUNDS
It has its place in a pop-rock record but it sounds slap.
It may have a more current sound with ropes round threads and it also accommodates ropes flat nets.
OVERALL OPINION
I have since 1977 and I started playing regularly as a group for 15 years.
It is one of my favorite bass.
