These guitars are made by Fujigen.
Very nice and comfortable Made in Japan handle, the handle was made on 18/02/1983 superb finish setting could not be more simple, 1 volume and 1 tone basta! Very linear and effective after a little bit of cleaning and spray contact ( after 30 years it was normal) ...
microphones are simple in design but effective neutral respect the natural sound of the instrument and not at all weak as I feared before the plug.
UTILIZATION
Easy to play and very comfortable, light we have now in hand, we can do anything with staying in the pop / rock / funk funk.....oui register! very easy to Slap more than accuracy.
SOUNDS
Not active it is on it does not have the big bass sound like a musicman sting ray but the sound is very good and I had a natural bass mustang and musimaster USA vintage (70) ben at any the level of the Squier buried! sound and playing comfort
Microphones physically resemble those of a mustang bass, but they are much better!
+ Powerful + own ..... unless my Mustang bass was very tired.
I love everything about this bass, they have a great candy red dress with white pickguard and knob who collect cream I find it really have to face.
The microphones were pokey at first but I'm starting to get used to it, maybe it would have deserved a microphone near the 2nd round in the design .... but ban changed for me.
OVERALL OPINION
I recently purchased .... a flea at a price Indecent .....

bring home dismantled, cleaned and adjusted, replacement strings and there magic!
really great bass with thr it focuses on, I thought to sell quickly but once lift, no! I keep this kind of bass is virtually impossible to find really good series and even the JV SQ actually because I find the Fender stiker on inside the body.
I put 9 because perfection is all that very rarely in our world but I must say that I hesitated ...
Warning this is a Squier who did the name Squier because in fact it is really but make Fender Japan and the quality of the Japanese makers are known.
I remake that choice every Sunday morning if I could
