«  Fabulous instrument! »

Published on 03/07/13 at 00:27
Bass luthier made in France in St Geosmes Hte Marne.Accastillage frets Schaller-Delano.24! Passive pickups Alnico AL-type PC4 Delano Precison Bass.1 volume button, a tonalité.Manche maple 24 frets, alder rosewood.Corps key.

UTILIZATION

The handle is excellent, close enough, fast, as soon as I touched it I could not stop me drag notes up and bas.La key rosewood polished there is probably a lot. The feel of this instrument is exceptional, it is the difference of a handmade instrument, here we feel very well it seems évident.Avec 24 frets and body shape curved hope you have a very good access notes the most aigus. On get what you want with this low, it is light, the gentle touch of the handle and body dull red never get tired of playing. Xavier has well chosen fittings, I think it goes very well with the futuristic side of the bass. The shape of the head and body settle well with all other Pbass I love!

SOUNDS

We find the true sound of the soft and round Precision.Il must try first without it being plugged in, no vibration, smooth, ringing is set to low harmoniques.La hair! I have the try several amps, cabinet Markbass, TC electronics, Hartke, ... all the sound of Alnico Delano is pure magic accuracy, even when fresh but the attack found slap.On well ummmmmmffff of precision. The perfect violin can play jazz, funk, rock even without problems! Besides, it was a time when almost all played on Precison.
Personally I think it is so versatile with effects you can do anything with except perhaps a block of metal!

OVERALL OPINION

I tried two hours at Cagnes Zic (06), I'll buy it. I have four one MM sub bass, a Jazz Bass, a fretless Wawrwick an Ibanez Ergodyne typical metal.
What I like the most is finishing, lightness, in fact tout.Tout was thought to "update" a Precison.Les Alnico Delano, access to frets 20-24, color, matte red!, the choice of fittings by Xavier .... everything! He loves guitars and réféchit in this direction.
The value for money? ben ..... this is 1100 euros is a guitar luthier what, it will pay a minimum ....
