Value For Money : Excellent
I think she's made in Japan
22 Frets
a tone control and two microphones

UTILIZATION

The handle is very comfortable and allows for super slide (yay)
access to the high pitched very easily but are 2 frets to the body.
The lower level is perfect weight for my taste. Only problem when playing standing up, the handle décend just because of its weight.
This gives a great sound ...

SOUNDS

This bass is also well suited to jazz than rock;)
I play with an Ibanez amp (first prize), but it suits me for now.
you can get a violent asser his playing on the mic right (to the Pastorius is impeccable), it can also play songs calm and soft playing of the microphone on the left (a more bold)

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a year. What I like about this bass is the sound that can compete easily with a fender jazz bass. What I like most is his second design (it is gorgeous this bass: p)
I try jazz bass, bass luthier (Leduc) ... this bass is that I Prefair.
So it's a great value for money. Indeed, for a first prize Yamaha is really a great product.
I would do it on this choice!
