UTILIZATION

Operation is very simple, like many multi-effects now. Presets bases are not very good, we must quickly look over to sculpt your own sounds, and we quickly the desired result. The manual is not very clear and contains some huge mistakes: reversal pattern in the calibration of the expression pedal for example.

Update: The acoustic simulation is not terrible because it comes out at very low levels and as a result if we push the preset level, it generates a large enough breath. So this simulation is not used really. Otherwise, the ESS is funny: it allows to vary the value of a parameter of any effect on a number of steps and speed. SOUND QUALITY

The sound quality is very correct: many of the settings affect the sound and can not hurt to push the effects of an end to the other. The amp models are correct. The big advantage of this multi-effect is that it is a true multi-effects. The overdrive is really nice: in fact, we can manage the rate of overdrive with the volume of the guitar. In addition, plugged into a Vox Cambridge 30, the overdrive is very warm, and when combined with the boosted channel Vox, it was a distortion of the most enjoyable by far exceeding the number of pedals distos.

For cons, the wah-wah in my opinion leaves much to be desired: it does not dig quite sound. Maybe I have not quite worked the settings but it is not worth a real wah. So I use a Cry Baby plugged into the effects loop, which allows me to use the expression pedal as volume.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it intensely for three days and I actually filled. This is not the best of all, it&#39;s still the amp simulation to work but it&#39;s really the sound of his guitar at a low cost: 300 euros in effect-on-line in Lyon.

After several months of use, I am even more pleased with this pedal. First used as an amp simulator that fully satisfy me (use room with headphones), I now use it exclusively in multi-effects plugged into my Vox and I get really easy to find the sounds I want. Of course some effects are not terrible but they are drowned in a multitude of effects of superior quality.
The only weak point which, for me, its appearance is a bit "cheap" but rest assured, it is more solid than it seems.

Notice to owners of a Jamman Digitech!

In the configuration Korg AX3000G -> Jamman -> Amp, the sound of the guitar sizzles on strong attacks on its clear, and the breath goes up a notch. The crackling of the four conversions surely come as a result (for the Korg two and two for the JamMan).

This pedal has no on / off switch, do as I do, install a switch type desk lamp just before the power connection, it will cost you only two or three euros and five minutes from time votrte!

There's a lot of effects in there, even if I find that some are limited compared to rglages possible. (The Fuzz for example).
But there's even when plenty to do.

UTILIZATION

The configuration is very simple, turn buttons, pressing the switch, the pedals, ect ... APRS There's just two or three things to learn (like how to assign a particular function the pedals, or just how to register)

In fact, I have rarely seen a complte pedals as well as simple.

SOUND QUALITY

Okay so it's the same vari trs varies.
I have a guitar 3 vote (elec / acoustic / midi). The acoustic sound of the guitar, has nothing to do with the acoustic guitar simulator of the pedals (which I find to raliste not possible). And if you compare directly to a standing ovation while the electro-acoustic ... Similarly for sounds synths, not convincing ...
There's weird stuff, such as wah-wah, which I find useless (in comparison with a morley) it really sounds too synthtiseur. Cel said, trs trs saturation are good, Dlay too. In fact there are only two or three really awful stuff, but the rest sounds good trs, and as I only use the rest ... : D

OVERALL OPINION

BLOCK so here I was waiting for: the overall opinion ...
Before any talk of the famous ESS (effect arpge example) ... I hsit between a Boss ME50 dej I tested, and this one I had never heard or key ... I chose the korg for ESS, which ultimately is by far the tools I use the least ... I do electro rock, so this kind of stuff I fesait guts, and yet I still do not see how to exploit ... You either hear it or hear it too ...
Then it is a stro pedals and I think it actually makes the sound much better in Stereo (so I prfre connect the pedals on a sound system as a amp) in mono, while the effects sound a bit bland I think (less than the GT8) in Stereo is the total foot ... So a can be useful to think of a purchase ...
A final important dtail: In the dark you can not see much ... And sometimes, it happens to press two switches at the same time ... It would nice to leave all silent diodes lit they just change color depending on the state of activity of the effect.

Finally, I just wanted to say that the factory presets are pretty pathetic ... And when the patches updates downloads "amateurs" you realize the power of the BTE in a gnral beaaaaucoup sounds better than their factory rglages ... SOUND QUALITY

I do not use for several months ... and it makes me good service because I no longer uses that as a guitar multi-effects ... I use it also as a "sound processor" by bringing a variety of sources and treating this pdalier VBAC ...

This is a multi effects and amp simulator as pdalier. At first the hardware seems solid, this impression is reinforced by the fact that the frame is metal. However, I have a doubt about the Longva CONTRL of rotary ... see in time. The effect is intgralit ditable, either directly by the rotary CONTRL or via a PC with a MIDI interface (injury time of the USB ...).

The connection is part complte trs. For input, not of Mystras, the guitar input jack is 6.35 l! For outputs, there are a pair of Stereo jack 6.35, an I / O to use the pdalier in an effects loop (plutt nice) and to output S / P DIF (saw for the home studio). SOUND QUALITY

In Manir gnrale, all the effects are good trs. I reu this morning and after 6 hours of heavy use I can say that only 2 or 3 effects are to throw away.

At the simulation amp and speakers, I plutt t surprised by the enjoyable quality of sound achieved. I expected the contrary plutt so used to the sounds of POD ... But in fact the pdalier trs is doing well. Attention, let's be clear, this is amp simulation. If you want the sound of the Dual Rectifier or VH4, go buy them! The simus I prfre this pdalier are mtal distortion, and the shred shop. The simulations diffrent firms are also trs effective and influential on the sound REALLY gnral.

Personally, I do not understand the opinion in which it is said that the sounds are bad. Before you say it, the author could prciser hardware on which it test the machine. Ok, we know that the amp is a Randall (lamps or transistors?). But what guitar he uses? Come up with any microphone? What MODEL headphone? Personally, I play with this pdalier Z6 Cort up with EMG (bridge 81 / sleeve 60), Dean Markley strings 10-46. Stereo pair of passes in a Korg Behringer RX1602 (16-channel rack consoles) whose outputs are connected master a Lexicon Alpha for recording on pc. For monitoring, the signal is sent to a Behringer A500 (power amp neutral) of religious truth 2031P. Whether recording or monitoring, the sound is clean and trs breath is absent, except of course if I Sets the sensitivity of the compressor back the balloons!

Its strong points are:
- Robust manufacturing (except rotary CONTRL ...?)
- Clarity of the edition sounds / presets
- Trs good quality of all the effects and simulations

Weaknesses:
- Short stroke of the pedals of expression
- Some effects (auto-wah and filter)

I use also in a pocket POD parallle and finally, I m'aperoit that simulations of red beans are not unbeatable!

The report price is good quality and certainly in line with competitors.

Given the good surprises of the craft and the price actually quite weak, I do it again this choice.

Usage is very simple and accessible to all. We choose 5 or less and effects loop, rules and recorded what could be more simple. The manual is clear enough to be understood by anyone. - Delay effects are the product's main assets. They sound excellent and are very versatile.
- Quality reverb, although the only really useful algorithm is the large hall.


OVERALL OPINION

It's the only multi-effects I've ever tried but it never disappointed me. I recommend it to anyone, especially now that its price is lower.
