MGR/Anonymous « Peavey Predator Plus »
Published on 06/07/02 at 15:00I spent $299 on it at a local dealer. I bought it because it was fairly cheap.
Well I like it because it was cheap and I wanted another electric guitar for a spare at gigs. When I played it for the first time I realized just what a great guitar it really was. I even prefer it to my LesPaul and Fender Strat. I has a really even tone on each pickup that I find totally amazing. It was a great surprise to me when I picked it up thinking it was just something to fill the stage racks.
The whammy bar gets in the way, but it is no big deal. I just sold it for a buck and the problem was gone.
So far it is a lot more durable than My lesPaul and fender. Peavey has really outdone themselves with this guitar.
This guitar is a perfect match for my Studiopro 112. I really can't justify asking for anything more.
