Value For Money : Excellent
Mine is a fairly old model (purchased new in 1998) which has at least 7 years. Made in Corea (jtrouve rather odd that some of you have put Japan instead of Korea but Ibanez has changed TFW).
It did not seem to be the same model as the most recent RG270 (compared to that of a friend who has 2 years), the sound is indeed much better on this old model, including more than sustain, but I was lucky TFW leq on sticks, will know;).
24 frets, original pickups except that I put a TB4 seymour in bridge (aka JB Trembucker) and there ouahhhhhh, it changes all the sound: It really potato I will detail later

The floyd is pourrave desire to pull even with a standard AC is 2 hours before returning to the tuning or AC then never come back: the big black spot on this guitar in my opinion.
2nd largest black spot for me: the quality of the metal frets: it sounds stupid but they wear out super speeds, it is that I really dug the frets and the coup bah, ca fret, even with a good setting (the problem may be resolved by then ibanez).

UTILIZATION

The neck is super cool, very fast to play for those who love the sleeves flat with easy access to acute hyper. I would personally would a bit wider with an ebony fingerboard (oue ok jfait choosy). But there is surely no better handle a guitar of this price.
weight is quite heavy in the thick body, but it ensures good sound, in the end it's not annoying and much lighter than a les paul (at least an epiphone)
regarding his right to obtain UIN: no problem the pots are of good quality but yet the settings are weaklings but sure of classical guitars in this price:
-> The first half of the race Knob volume is almost to nothing (the empty ds: yay utility)
-> Knob the lack of medium tone (not sure how to say chai AC otherwise): the addition of a capacity to solve a problem can, but we play almost never below 3 / 4 of the race.
However it is very easy to get something that sounds and settings remain effective.

SOUNDS

Well then I explain the sound with TB4, PCQ original bridge pickup was not worth it: it lacks color, harmonics potato: a brief drawn => TB4 with nothing to do it right away a more violent and more hot (this microphone goes very well with this guitar) with a grain much more enjoyable.
The neck pickup it is not bad at all, we come to get bluesy stuff, it also goes very well for solo parts cool.
Finally the middle microphone allows for a sound with a lower output gain, start type, and here too, its very correct, it is well suited for low saturations.

I played with a Marshall Valvestate 100W, bah c nickel and ultra versatile (must yavoir millions of people with a RG270 and a VS100: not original but effective).
I get to play all styles (blues, metal, rock) with that, but hey I still bought a strat beside to play good old rock PCQ the rg270 lacks a little personality styles more expressive (but ibanez are similar to 3000 euros on that side).
Coiuplé an old cry baby thunder it works (watch the output gain of the RG is anyway top balèze to cry then turn down the volume a bit)

OVERALL OPINION

Used for 7 years is always a good scratch agree that both beginners and experienced musicians can fortunate (a change is needed to bridge pickup all the same, tinkering with electronics pti). She always met LOTS and jme say that to see the difference in the same style of guitar (if we exclude the floyd which sucks and frets that wear out too quickly) will really have to type in the high end. What I prefer is the sustain, but I saw other RG270 who had much less: so be careful.

I had time to try other models and this one really stand out in the price range - from 3000 francs which I had set myself).
In short a great guitar very versatile, it has too much personality but hey ..... AC is an ibanez
Great value for money (to buy there OCCAZ, ca vau not kick-nine per cons buy ca and c such that for all guitars)
Basically if it over again, I would make the same choice but with a hand model (which will not have worn the frets: p).
