Value For Money : Excellent
This is a compressor with two digital tape cut-off frequency is adjustable.
there also to processors bass and treble for each channel and in "couple", a stereo image expander. there is also an implementation to noon but unfortunately no digital inputs / outputs.

UTILIZATION

The device relatively quickly take in hand, the manual is pretty clear except for MIDI which unfortunately is not detailed in the French version.

SOUND QUALITY

The main interest of this device is first and foremost in my compression "multispectral" and there it is nice to have handled a minimum to get the story fast limiter section must imperatively be in "RMS" on pain of affect pumping huge even with a low compression, and that's very bad. Apart from this detail, the separation of the two frequency bands compression is rather poor and lacks precision. Despite this, the final result is very acceptable, the limiter in "rms", the compression is very transparent and the pumping effect Quazi innexistant. adding Exess effect (super exciting and bass) can affect compression because with little compression, the bass is incredible presence but as soon as the signal increases (and thus the compression) the effect is drowned in compression so careful not to "too much" in wanting the best remaining "bypass" these options in favor of better compression and nothing prevents the color retouch upstream on the table or on another effect of chain.
the device also induces a certain delay so be careful to phase shifts and forget the headphones during a recording if you include this in your listening.
Still I think it's a good product, but not very versatile and relatively inexpensive in terms of compression efficiency. Its use is clearly reserved for the final compression of a mix (or the latency is no longer in the specification!) But if your musicians or singers are not too demanding on their return, the compression itself is very good.

OVERALL OPINION

I have used it for 2 years
-I like its ease of use, efficasité compression (with the limiter in "rms")
"I tried 6fm omnia, omnia3turbo, the tc electronics, but nothing comparable in terms of performance and even less in terms of price, no need to make comparisons, the little behringer costs three peanuts and works very well for ca
It is good value for money if the product is warranted for the home studio is very profitable for the sound, I think that it becomes more difficult given the demands of our artists sometimes justified
-With experience, I could not repeat that choice, not to the intrinsic quality of the product, but for abcence / O digital make it impossible to use the device plugin.
