The new Eurorack module that Expert Sleepers will introduce at NAMM allows for directly connecting a USB MIDI controller to your synths.

The FH-1 Faderhost USB MIDI Host allows for controlling the CV outputs of your modular synths from MIDI CC messages. The 8HP Eurorack module also offers LFOs on each output, step sequencers, polyphonic MIDI/CV conversion and more.

Here are the first two demos of the FH-1 with a Korg NanoKEY and an iPad with TouchOSC:
