The ADD-ON EFFECTS can be installed on DM2000V2, DM1000V2, 02R96V2, 01V96V2 and PM5D.
The Channel Strip package (AE-011 for short) adds five algorithms using the VCM (Virtual Circuitry Modeling), which recreates the sound and compressors and EQs CHARACTERISTICS 70s.
So this module included:
<ul> Two analog compressors type "studio" (a single and a stro, like Universal Audio / Summit) perfect for drums, bass, voice or a master.
Two compressors and VCA dtection RMS (copy of DBX 160A!) Perfect live on snare drum, guitars and voices.
An analog equalizer type "studio" with two curves rponse diffrent (clean and drive) and scanning of 16Hz 40kHz! </ul>
All these new effects possdent a beautiful graphical interface and functional trs when driver from Studio Manager.
I ordered the CD dmo at Yamaha and I can tell you that sounds a lot plutt! The modlisation of DBX 160A is "bluffing" and "large" compressor brings warmth and down all your taken ... MANDATORY!
