Hello all,

I am trying to use my Scarlett MixControl on my 2nd gen (I checked) 18i20. I am running El Capitan on a 2010 Mac Pro tower flawlessly, but have some MIDI gear and mic setups I want to configure. I have a number of times downloaded both 1st and 2nd gen drivers from the website, still getting the same message when I open MixControl, I have the 18i20 USB cable going directly into a port on the box, still no go.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
