Guitar Tracks Pro and Audigy 2

I have Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro and the Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Pro sound card. I cannot for the for life of me figure out how to get it to record Input #2. When I try to select input in GTP, I notice that it says Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WMA) (1 in, 4 out). Does this mean that the software is not reading 2 inputs? Does anyone know how to turn it on or if it is even possible?

Thanks in advance. This is driving me nuts.
