hi, im new to this forum and to home studio setup, im just doing it for the first time and need help

im just fitting everything together and i need to know a bit about mixing desks, i have a phonic mm1202

and an m-audio quattro

now what i want to know is which outputs of the mixing desk to plug into the input of my quattro sound device and which outputs from the quattro should go to where on the mixing desk

this is the first of many many questions i need to learn the answers to, going to be a steap but fun learning curve

any advice apreciated

usually, your should use the mixer's "direct out" plugs, or the subgroups.

but in your case, your mixer doesn't have them. also, it has no routing choices...

its just the wrong mixer for an audio inteface.
