cant seem to get the redrum working with my midi keyboard! help!!!!!!

my external midi controller keyboard works great with all reason instruments except the redrum computer

when a note is struck its receives the midi data ok (all the mute and 1 solo lights come on) but without any audio

grateful for any advise on this subject

Cracked it. Change the octave setting on your keyboard! Certain octaves trigger drums others trigger mutes or anything you want them to if you use remote mapping. I feel relieved ...and slightly foolish. Good luck with the tunes
