Hey, im starting to build my 1st home studio. well looking into equipment 1st.
can anyone give me a quick run down of the things i will need.
i will be producing (HIP HOP and RnB)
as well as having asrtists coming in to record.

so any advice on what equipment i need, not nessasary the models and that, jus what i would need.
like mics, soundcard, mixing desk, anything like that.

start by considering if you really need a mixing desk.

if you are going to use max 4 mics at a time, a couple of preamps would do better.
