Hey, I need some help on what I need to start puttin up some beats. I'm only 15 but I have a friend with some bomb lyrics and no beat. I have a computer so any programs that would work is good. I don't know much about any of this but i could learn. Just list anything that might help or any tips. I just need to make the beats, put the lyrics on with em and thats it. Please help, thanks. Any programs, actual beat producing tools would be great.

A cool thing to look at may be something like the Korg Electribe hardware stuff....

These units specialize in just that type of thing / Setting up some jammin beats...

I have a friend that has tried a few and they sound great...
Take a listen at your local store and try them out...
They cost very little (Comparatively) and are great fun...
