Focusrite-please help

I've got Focusrite Platinum Penta-preamp/compressor and I have some of my old recorded tracks recorded in nuendo that i didnt record with focusrite.Can anyone tell me how do I have to connect my focusrite with my mixer (send -return?).I don't know exactly where I have to connect my cabels so I can lead my old tracks through my focusrite.Please help
What I have to do exactly?I'm working with nuendo
