« Brownsville Electric Guitar »
Published on 12/06/02 at 15:00I first started playing guitar at 9 years old but it was a small acoustic so at age 16 i needed a new guitar and i wanted an electric to do the style of music i was into so i went to a music store and bought a $90 brownsville and a vox amp
the best thing about the brownsville is its unique sound and look i have had people ask me how i make it sound like that and people even tried to trade me their gibson gothics before and this guitar was only $90.
the major problem with this product are the stringshave the tendency to go out of tune and the back strap holder breaks if you jump alot but a longer screw holds it just fine.
the body is a solid body i'm not sure of the wood the neck is hard maple i think with a rosewood fretboard the headstock is the same color of the body and is equiped with silver hardware and a three way tremlo switch.
this guitar is well worth the money and it looks great.
